目的：观察加味逍遥汤颗粒对抑郁大鼠模型行为学指标的影响。方法：经糖水消耗试验测定消耗量相近的60只SPF级SD大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组（氯米帕明）、加味逍遥汤颗粒高、中、低剂量组。除正常对照组外动物每只单笼饲养。按照Katz的方法略加改进,将8种刺激随机安排到24日内,每日一种,每种刺激出现3次,各组于实验前1d、给药后第7、15、24天进行开野实验及糖水消耗试验。结果：与正常组比较,模型组大鼠在模型复制第24天开野行为得分降低,糖水消耗量减少;与模型组比较,加味逍遥汤颗粒与氯米帕明组大鼠经治疗后水平运动及垂直运动得分增高,糖水消耗量增加。结论：加味逍遥汤颗粒可慢性应激抑郁大鼠模型的抑郁行为。
英文摘要：
Objective：To investigate the effect of Jiaweixiaoyaotang on behavior in rat model with melancholia.Methods：All 60 SD rats were randomly allocated to 6 groups as follows：control,model,Clomipramine and Jiaweixiaoyaotang high,middle,low dose.The model of rat was produced by separation and chronic unpredictaboe mild stress.The behavior of rat was detected by sucrose consumption and Open-Field test.Results：The results showed that the Jiaweixiaoyaotang and Clomipramine are increased after treatment.Conclusion：These data suggest that Jiaweixiaoyaotang was effective in the treatment of melancholia.
