以大型采棉机采棉头为虚拟样机构建对象,利用UG NX 7.0对采棉头零件进行三维建模、虚拟装配、运动学分析;应用Nastran分析软件对关键部件进行弯曲强度的有限元仿真;最后将零件间的相互位置关系、运动状态和应力分布情况以图表的形式输出。分析结果对缩短产品的开发周期、提高设计质量有指导意义。
The paper is about to build large scale virtual cotton picker first and the modeling,virtual assembly model analysis as well as dynamic simulation to the virtual first by the use of UG NX7.0.We also do finite analysis simulation to the bending strength of the key parts by Nastran.The movement inter-relationship between parts and distribution of exercise and stress were output with charts.The purpose was to provide guidance for shortening the product development cycle and improving design quality of new type teabag packaging machine.
