针对采棉头锥齿箱传动系统在工作中产生复杂振动变形和噪声的问题,以锥齿箱箱体为研究对象,基于NX环境建立箱体有限元模型,应用NASTRAN解算器对箱体结构进行有限元模态分析,分析出箱体的固有频率、总振幅和主振型,并输出各阶频率位移云图,分析结果为采棉头锥齿箱减振和降噪设计提供了理论依据。
Cone gear box drive system of cotton picker nose has complex vibration deformation and noise issues at work. The article take the box case as the research object, set up finite element model of the box based on NX environment, do finite element modal analysis to the box case structure by application of NASTRAN solver, analyze the natural frequency the total amplitude and the vibration mode of the case and output displacement of the cloud band frequency. The analyzed results provide a theoretical basis for vibration reduce and noise reduce design of the cone gear box of cotton picker nose.
