针对采棉头变速箱中间轴在传动过程中失效的问题,在UGNX环境下建立变速箱中间轴的三维模型。应用有限元静态分析方法,建立中间传动轴的有限元模型,通过Nastran解算器,分析出中间轴在工况下的应力分析云图和位移云图,研究结果表明:中间轴的应力主要集中在轴的边缘,应力的大小和分布情况可直观地从后处理图中看出。此分析结果对采棉头中间轴的设计和校核有重要指导意义。
According to the failure of intermediate shaft of cotton picker gearbox in transmission process ,3D model of gearbox intermediate shaft is established by using UG NX .Applying of finite element static analysis method,the finite element model of intermediate shaft is established .Analyzing intermediate shaft in the condition of Stress analysis and displacement cloud map with Nastran solution,research results show: the stress of intermediate shaft mainly focus on the shaft edgeg the magnitude and distribution of stress can be directly indicated from the post processing diagram.The analysis results of intermediate shaft of the cotton picker have an important guiding significance in designing and checking of intermediate shaft.
