The need of tourist makes changes in the period of market transition. The changes make the destination transferred from the following parts, which is, planning idea, constructing type, tour itineraries, product and facility. The changes take more chances for the construction of a leisure city. Langfang City located between Beijing and Tianjin. It should give full play to its advantages and seize the opportunity. Also it should strengthen the construction from the five aspects, modeling high-quality products, enriching connotation, perfecting facilities, upgrading service level and expanding publicity. These measures may provide more references for small and middle-sized cities which are staying in transition.
