食线虫真菌作为病原线虫的自然天敌,能够通过捕捉、寄生、产生毒素和胞外酶侵染的方式杀死线虫。胞外酶(包括丝氨酸蛋白酶、几丁质酶和胶原蛋白酶)作为重要的毒力因子在侵染线虫过程中能够降解线虫角质层和虫卵卵壳,在线虫生物防治中显示出巨大的应用潜力。本文对近年来食线虫真菌胞外酶的研究概况及与之相关的分子生物学研究进展进行了综述,并对食线虫真菌胞外酶应用于线虫生物防治的前景进行了展望。
As natural enemies of pathogenic nematodes,nematophagous fungi can attack and kill nematodes by capturing,parasitizing,and producing toxins and enzymes.Extracellular enzymes,including serine proteases,chitinases,and collagenases are shown to be important virulence factors that can degrade the nematode cuticle and eggshell,showing great potential in nematode biological control.In this paper,we reviewed research profile of extracellular enzymes and the relating research progress of molecular biology from nematophagous fungi in recent years.In addition,the perspectives of biological control applications of extracellular enzymes from nematophagous fungi were discussed.
