为了解我国奶牛场球虫病流行情况,采用MeMaster法定量对我国黑龙江、吉林省、辽宁、北京、天津、河北、宁夏、广东等8个省、市及自治区的43个奶牛场共534份粪样进行了球虫虫卵检测。结果显示:39个奶牛场检测出球虫感染,平均感染率为90.7%,各地区的样品阳性率为24.2%~37.2%,感染强度(OPG)为0~47100个,平均OPG为469个。以华北地区为例,夏季球虫感染率为60%,秋季球虫感染率为50.9%,冬季球虫感染率为23.9%。研究表明:所调查地区均存在不同程度的球虫感染;其样品阳性率和感染强度存在明显差异;且球虫感染与季节有一定关系,球虫在夏秋季感染率和发病明显高于冬季。
In order to further understand the epidemiological characteristics of China's dairy farms coccidiosis, this study adopts the McMaster method to quantitative analysis, we examined.534 fecal samples of 43 dairy s eoccidiosis from some part of China ,inclouding8 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. Results show: A total of 39 dairy farm detect coccidium, the average infection rate is 90.7%,the regional sample positive rate was 24.2%-37.2%, OPG is 0-47100,the average of OPG is 469.Taking northern china region for example ,the rate of coceidial infection is 60% in summer,50.9% in autumn,23.9% in winter. Our researches show that:The above four areas where there are different degrees of coccidial infection;the positive rate of sample and the intensity of infectionare different significantly;The coccidial infection has certain relation with season, the rate of coccidial infection and the incidence was significantly higher In the summer and fall.
