用荧光光度法研究了水、甲醇、乙醇十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、β-环状糊精(β-CD)、溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)、聚氧乙烯月桂醚(Brij35)7种不同介质,及反应时间、金属离子、pH条件对4-羟基咔唑荧光性质的影响。结果表明,7种不同介质中Brij35在酸性条件下对4-羟基咔唑荧光增敏效果最好,在λex/λem=337/357nm处有强荧光峰。据此,建立了一种用Brij35增敏荧光光度法测定4-羟基咔唑含量的新方法,其线性范围为4.0×10^-7~1.0×10^-4 mol/L,检出限为6.5×10^-8 mol/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.91%。
The effects of reaction time,metal ions and pH on the fluorescence properties of 4-hydroxycarbazole in different media such as water, ethanol, methanol, SDS,β-CD, CTMAB and Brij35 were investigated by spectrofluorometry. The results suggested that the fluorescence intensity of 4-hydroxycarbazole was greatly enhanced in Brij35 solution with a strong peak at λex/λem=337/357nm. A method for the determination of 4-hydroxycarbazole by Brij35 micellar enhanced spectrofluorometry was developed. The linear range of this method was 4.0×10^-7~1.0×10^-4 mol/L with the detection limit of 6.5×10^-8 mol/L and RSD of 2.91%.
