英文摘要：
Innovation provides a major source of competitive advantage for high-tech enterprises. In a high-tech industrial cluster, network relationship becomes the main form of innovative relationship among cluster agents. We presents an analysis on innovative network in such a cluster and emphasizes the U-I linkages mutually formed by cluster enterprises with local or non-local universities in innovative networks. It concludes that informal network relation is an important form of U-I linkages, knowledge base of cluster enterprises would influence the formation of U-I linkages, and U-I linkages have values. The last part of this article analyzes empirically the innovative networks and U-I linkages with the case of Danyang High Performance Metals Cluster
