随着经济全球化进程的加快,围绕自主成长和强迫成长的传统战略理论受到挑战。分析组织适应力和战略选择对企业绩效增长的影响机制,基于中国141家企业成长的调查数据进行研究,结果表明战略选择有利于企业未来成长能力的增强,而组织适应力则有利于企业目前赢利能力的增强,这两者相互之间具有不可替代的作用;对于企业绩效增长来说,战略选择与组织适应力存在着相互调节的互补性关系,两者互补性协同演化力量是企业持续竞争优势之源。
Chinese firms are experiencing the challenges resulted from economy globalization and transition after the entrance of WTO. Identifying the relational factors and variables, which significantly represents and measures the performance of firm's growth, this paper tests the effect of organizational competence (OC), entrepreneurship competence(EC) and their complementary co-evolutionary power on firm's growth based on the data obtained from the survey of 141 firms in China. The results suggest that there is complementary relation- ship between OC and EC; EC is in favor of form's future growth capability, while OC may facilitate firm's profitability at present and the roles of both OC and EC in the process of firm's growth are not exchangeable but complementary. Furthermore, the findings expose that the co-evolutionary power of OC and EC is the sourcing of firm's sustained growth.
