集群知识转移是集群企业获取竞争力的关键，也是集群创新与发展的重要一环。产业集群网络作为集群知识转移的背景环境，其网络结构必然影响知识转移。将谣言模型引入到集群知识转移的研究中，在应用社会网络分析方法分析南京大明路汽车销售与服务产业集群网络的基础上，采用基于Agent的数值仿真技术对集群网络上的知识转移过程进行仿真与对比性分析，给出集群网络的优化方向。
英文摘要：
Knowledge transfer in industrial clusters is the key factor of the competitiveness of cluster firms,innovation and development of industrial clusters. Industrial cluster network is the context of knowledge transfer. So the structure influences the efficiency of knowledge transfer. In this paper, we show how Rumor model can act as an analogy for knowledge transfer in cluster network. Then Social Network Analysis is applied to analyzes and define the network of Daminglu automobile sale ＆ service industrial cluster. Using agent-based numerical simulations and compares the results, we demonstrate how knowledge transfer in Daminglu network and how Daminglu network can be optimized.
