在经济全球化的背景下，嵌入全球价值链为产业集群的升级创造了机会。然而，传统产业集群或产业区由于过分强调地方性网络，忽视了集群主导企业对外联系，造成了集群无法利用主导企业的溢出知识而实现向价值链的更高端跨越。本文构造以集群内主导企业为枢纽，连接价值链高端的境外企业、其它地方性产业集群与集群内接点，四种形式的知识流是实现产业集群升级的必然选择。
英文摘要：
In the context of economic globalization, embedded in global value chains gives the industrial cluster more opportunities to upgrade..However, the traditional industrial cluster or industrial district places too much emphasis on local networks,neglects cluster links leading enterprise＇s external relation. Because of the defects, the clusters can＇t achieve more high-end value chain by utilizing the knowledge spillovers. This paper considers that four forms of knowledge flow is the inevitable choice of industrial clusters upgrading.
