Some special inductive ^＊-semiring were studied. By giving a specific star operation, special ^＊-semiring is obtained, and its properties are found, and its applications are given at last. Different kinds of inductive ^＊-semirings could be acquired on a foundation of some different star operations are defined on the same algebra structure. If the star operation can be defined appropriately , the algebra structure could be more clear.
