Aim To study a class of partially-ordered semirings. Methods Using algebra theory. Results Some properties and characterizations of these semirings are given. Conclusion It is an actual class of partially-ordered semirings, the distributive lattice and the distributive pseudolattices are its special case, it has larger application scope.
