研究了＊-λ-子半环，它是一类特殊的＊-λ-半环，得出一些新的结果，并证明了若S是＊-λ-半环，则对任意的整数n≥0，S上的n阶上（下）三角矩阵的集合也是＊-λ-半环。

英文摘要：

＊-λ-subsemiring was studied, which is a special case of ＊-λ-semirings, and some new results are gotten. Meanwhile we proved that if it is a ＊-λ-semiring,for any integer n, the set of n -order upper（lower） triangular matrix overs is also a ＊-λ-semiring.
