我国领导干部选拔和任用的根本标准是“德才兼备,以德为先”,尤为强调领导者个人品德的重要性。本文采用优势分析的方法,探讨了中国CPM领导行为模式与下属工作满意度、感情承诺和组织公民行为之间的关系。结果表明,领导者的品德魅力和模范表率作用对下属的行为态度产生了最大的影响作用。从而为我国“以德为先”的选拔和任用机制提供了科学的理论支持。
The basic standards of selection and appointment of leadership of our country is "to combine ability with character , character and moral first", Particularly stressed the importance of personal qualities of leaders. This paper uses the method of Dominance Analysis,in order to explore the relationship between CPM leadership and job satisfaction,affective commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors. .The results reveal that the Characters and Moral of leaders had the greatest effect on subordinates' attitudes and behavior. Thus gives a scientific theory support to the "Characters and Moral First" mechanism of selection and appointment of leaders.
