盾构隧道管片内径选择的合理与否直接关系着隧道的整体性能,为优化盾构隧道的管片内径,调研国内外各大城市既有盾构隧道管片内径的情况,从隧道寿命、建筑限界、轨道铺设和技术经济性方面对管片内径选择进行研究,得到以下结论:为确保特殊地段道床的减振效果,建议将盾构隧道的建筑限界调整为5 300 mm;地铁盾构隧道寿命应与城市发展寿命相一致,管片内径加大到5 800 mm及以上是符合实际需求的,可为后期二次衬砌加固预留空间,并且能够大幅降低后期的维修保养投入。
The inner diameter of shield tunnel segment has a significant effect on integral performance of tunnel structure. In this paper,the state-of-the-art of the selection of inner diameter of shield tunnel segment in China and abroad is studied in terms of tunnel service life,tunnel construction clearance,track laying and techno-economic benefit. The study results show that: 1) The tunnel construction clearance should be 5 300 mm so as to guarantee vibration reducing effect of track bed in special section. 2) The inner diameter of shield tunnel segment should be enlarged to more than 5 800 mm so as to guarantee the tunnel service life,provide space for secondary lining of tunnel and reduce maintaining cost obviously.
