the employees often suffer from the role ambiguity and reduction of the organizational identification, so the organizational socialization tactics attract more and more attention. The study shows three organizational socialization tactics all exert significant influence on the organizational identification. The work of the perceived organizational support significantly adjust the relationship between all dimensions of the organizational socialization tactics and the employees' organizational identification. The support factors of the perceived organizational support adjust the relationship among the content tactics, social tactics and employees' organizational identification. The value identification and interest factors exert a significant adjustment function between all organization socialization tactics and the employees' organizational identification.
