从中医药综合统计网络直报的现状入手,分析中医药综合统计网络直报系统功能规范研究的意义,总结了前人在卫生计生口径和中医药口径综合统计网络直报系统功能规范的方法、内容研究,并以此为发散点,提出中医药综合统计网路直报系统的功能规范不仅要与现有法律和制度吻合,更要考虑到中医药综合统计的实际业务流程,应建立一套标准统一、设计合理、运行科学的系统,为在全国范围内推广应用中医药综合统计网络直报系统提供切实保障,提升中医药综合统计水平和质量。
英文摘要：
In this paper,the significance from studying the functional specification of comprehensive Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）statistics network report system was analyzed from the current situation ofcomprehensive TCM statistics network reports,the methods and contents in the previous studies of the functional specifications of both National Health and Family Planning Commission statistics system and comprehensive TCM statistics network report system were summarized.The analysis and summary showed the functional specification of comprehensive TCM statistics network report system should comply with the current laws and regulation; a system was necessarily established based on unifiedstandards,reasonable design,and scientific operation for giving more consideration to the actual work flow of comprehensive TCM statistics.Thus,feasible protections would be available for the promotion and application of comprehensive TCM statistics network report system throughout the country,and simultaneously the level and quality of comprehensive TCM statistics would be improved.
