Plant growth regulator is a kind of material extracted or synthesized according to the structure, function and principle of plant hormones.A low concentration can make a strong physiological activity, and it is widely used in garden plants.In this paper, the effects of plant growth regulators on seedling production techniques and stress resistance were reviewed.
