MOOC为继续教育的发展带来机遇和挑战,其大规模性、开放性、交互性等特征能推动继续教育的可持续发展,促进终身教育体系的完善。作者从MOOC的内涵与发展出发,借鉴国内外MOOC项目的实践经验,参照成人学习者的需求特点,分析MOOC在继续教育改革中发挥的作用,探究MOOC在继续教育方面的应用路径,努力推进继续教育与MOOC的有机结合。
英文摘要：
The MOOC offers opportunities and challenges to the further education. Its characteristics such as large scale,openness,interactivity could promote the sustainable development of further education,and improve the system of lifelong education. According to the needs of adult learners,the author takes experiences from the practice of domestic and international MOOC project,analyzed the role of MOOC in further education reform,explored the application of MOOC in the field of continuing education,in order to promote the integration between continuing education and MOOC.
