针对济南市区特殊洪冲积地质条件,在地铁双线盾构隧道下穿既有市政管廊的情况下,分析了盾构施工引起管廊变形的机理,结合管廊敏感性特点提出了盾构穿越管廊的几种工况及加固措施,并依据正交试验原理对3个指标进行了四因素三水平分析,得出了以下结论:对管廊沉降及管廊转角影响最大的因素是盾构左右隧道施工间距;对管廊周围塑性区面积贡献最大的是盾尾注浆范围。以上结论可为盾构施工穿越变形控制要求严格的市政管廊提供参考。
Based on the characteristics of thick alluvial strata of Jinan City when a double-line shield tunnel crosses the underground utility tunnel,the deformation mechanism of underground utility tunnel is analyzed.Some construction method and reinforcement measures are proposed,the orthogonal principle is used to analyze three main construction indexes,under the condition of four factors and three levels.It is concluded that the most influential factor for the settlement and rotation of the utility tunnel is the turn of right and left tunnels,while the biggest contribution to the plastic zone is made by the range of grouting at the tunnel end.The conclusion above can serve as a reference for the construction of tunnel crossing the utility tunnel under strict demands.
