组织社会化策略是帮助员工从组织“外部人”向“内部人”转化的具体措施。本研究采用问卷调查法,探讨了我国企业组织社会化策略对员工职业认同的影响,以及组织支持感的调节作用,结果表明:有效的组织社会化策略,可以帮助员工更好地建构员工的职业认同,并且会随着个体组织支持感的差异而变化。
Organizational socialization is to help employees to insiders from external process.This research adopted the relationship between organizational socialization tactics and professional identity,the results showed that the success of organizational socialization can help new employees to better adapt to the organization, and it will change with the difference of the individual organizational support.
