汽车入厂物流中的运输正朝着标准化、规模化的方向发展,如何制定合理的运输包装尺寸,已成为汽车企业降低成本、提升物流效率的重要问题。提出三种制定运输包装尺寸系列的方法,并针对不同的方法构建不同的运输包装尺寸选用模型,然后阐述了解决多目标决策模型的折衷规划的两阶段算法,最后通过实例分析运输包装尺寸标准化模型在实际企业的应用,并对每种方法得到的不同方案进行对比分析,从而选取能够降低运输成本、缩短装卸时间的最优运输包装尺寸。
The transportation of auto inbound logistics is developing toward standardization and scale. So, how to make reasonable transport packaging dimension has become important issue to reduce auto enterprisers cost and improve logistic efficiency. This thesis put forward three methods of making transport packaging dimension series, and build different mathematical models of choosing from transport packaging dimension series based on different methods of making transport packaging dimension series. Then it elaborates two stage algorithm of compromise plan which can solve the multi-objective decision model.
