基于资源基础观,构建了一个反映组织学习、知识创新、动态能力及组织绩效关系的理论模型。采用来自珠三角企业的数据,应用SEM进行实证检验。结果发现:动态能力可直接改善组织绩效;知识创新对动态能力有直接正向影响;组织学习不能直接影响组织绩效,它需要依次通过知识创新和动态能力作为中介变量才能间接提高绩效水平。
Based on the resource - based view, the authors of this paper construct a theoretical model that describes the relationship among organizational learning, knowledge innovation, dynamic capabilities and organizational performance. Then, the authors collected data from enterprises that come from the Pearl River Delta and tested the model with SEM. It is proved that dynamic capabilities impacts the organizational performance positively and directly, then knowledge innovation impacts the dynamic capabilities positively and directly. Moreover, the results show that organizational learning impacts the organizational performance indirectly by the knowledge innovation and dynamic capabilities.
