本文运用“退出(E)-建言(V)-忠诚(L)-漠视(N)”模型,实证检验了在工作不满意的状况下,经济承诺和理想承诺对EVLN模型的影响。研究发现:工作不满意对退出行为和漠视行为有显著的正向影响,对建言行为有显著的负向影响;理想承诺和工作不满意对退出行为的交互作用部分显著,对漠视行为的交互作用部分显著,经济承诺和工作不满意对建言行为和忠诚行为的交互作用显著。
Exit - Voice - Loyalty - Neglect model is a basic framework for analysis of employees' reaction un- der dissatisfaction. Surveying 195 employees, analysis demonstrated that job dissatisfaction had positive relationships with exit and neglect and negative relationship with voice. The economic commitment had stronger negative relationships with voice under dissatisfaction, and weaker negative relationships with loyalty under dissatisfaction. The ideal commitment weakened positive relationships with exit and neglect under dissatisfaction.
