领导作为组织中拥有权力、资源和影响力的人,其特质与行为对员工的工作态度和工作行为有着重要影响。在众多的工作行为中,建言行为作为员工向组织贡献自身智慧的重要途径,在近年来受到学者们的广泛关注。一些学者考察了中国情境下领导行为与员工建言的关系,得出了有价值的研究结论。为全面展示已有研究成果,从理论基础、研究设计、实证结果三个方面对已有文献进行综述,可提出未来研究展望,以期为后续研究提供有益参考。
As a person who has power, resources and influences, leader' s characteristics and behaviors have important influence on employees' work attitudes and behaviors. In various work behaviors, voice behavior as an important way for employees to contribute their wisdom to the organization, has attracted widespread attention of scholars in recent years. Some scholars examine the relationship of leadership behavior and employee voice in the context of Chinese, and get some valuable findings. In order to comprehensively display the existing research results and inspire the future researchers, the paper reviews the published literatures employee voice from three aspects including theoretical basis, research design prospects for future research.
