本文选取我国珠三角地区10所大学的204名讲师以上职称或博士学历科研人员为研究对象,探讨了行政主管知识领导和科研人员创新能力的关系,以及科研人员知识惯性在其中的调节作用。结果表明:高校行政主管知识领导对科研人员的维持性创新能力和颠覆性创新能力提升均具有显著正向影响;(2)高校科研人员知识惯性对其维持性创新能力和颠覆性创新能力均没有影响,但在行政主管知识领导与科研人员维持性创新能力和颠覆性创新能力之间均有显著负向调节作用。
This paper selected 204 university researchers from Chinese Pear River Delta region as empirical research samples for studying the relationships among executive' s knowledge leadership, and researchers' knowledge inertia and innovation capability. The results show that executive' s knowledge leadership has direct positive impact on university researchers' innovation capability. University researchers' knowledge inertia has no direct negative impact on their innovation capability. In addition, University researchers' knowledge inertia can decrease the impact of executive' s knowledge leadership on university researchers' innovation capability.
