为观察移管挂线配合胶管引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的疗效，将120例高位复杂性肛瘘患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组60例。治疗组采用移管挂线配合胶管引流术治疗，对照组采用传统挂线引流术治疗，观察两组患者的住院天数、治愈率及复发率，评价两组患者的肛门功能等指标。结果显示，治疗组患者的住院天数较对照组缩短（P〈0．05），两组患者的治愈率、复发率及肛门括约肌功能差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。随访3个月后两组患者的直肠静息压、肛管最长收缩时间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组患者的肛管静息压、肛管最大收缩压较对照组明显升高（P〈0．05）。结果表明，移管挂线配合胶管引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘可缩短住院天数，较好地保护肛门功能。
英文摘要：
This study was to explore the effects of shifting-tract thread-drawing associated with drainage via rubber tube in the treatment of high complex anal fistula. The enrolled 120 cases of this fistula were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, n = 60, for each;the former received above-men- tioned surgery, while the latter, with classic thread-drawing drainage ; then, in both group＇s patients hospital stay（days） ,curative rate and recurrence rate were observed and compared,as well as their anal function was evaluated.As results,the hospital stay（days） of the former was significantly shorter than that of the latter （ P 〈0.05）;in the curative rate,recurrence rate and function of anus there had no statistical differ- ence（ P 〉0.05） ;the follow-up of 3 months did not find the statistical differences in rectal rest pressure and longest contraction time of anus between both groups（ P 〉0.05）,but in the former the rest pressure and max. systolic pressure of anus were significantly elevated than that of the latter（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that above-mentioned combined surgery for high complex anal fistula can shorten hospital stay, and better protect the function of anus.
