英文摘要：
This paper discusses the influence factors of enterprise＇s independent innovation, suggests that three core internal competence elements including enterprises technological competence, innovational human resource, and entrepreneur, as well as three external environment elements including MNCs strategy, global value chain and technical standards, national/regional independent innovation system will have effects on the choice of enterprise＇s innovation path and innovation level. Therefore, the enterprise＇s independent innovation of China is the result which was integrally performed by internal elements driving, external environment selecting, and infrastructure supporting.
