纺织业一直是我国重要的出口主导产业，在发展国民经济和吸纳就业方面发挥着重要的作用。中欧纺织品贸易的发展历程中，贸易摩擦不断发生且逐步升级，这既有欧盟方面政治经济的原因，也与我国纺织业自身存在的问题密切相关。文章提出，面对纺织品贸易摩擦，应充分发挥纺织业协会的作用，以维护行业利益，并建立和完善纺织品对外贸易摩擦的监测预警机制；企业要善于利用国际贸易规则，积极主动地应对贸易摩擦，并加强技术改造和培育自主品牌，提升产品的国际竞争力。
英文摘要：
The textile industry has always been in the leading position in the export industries of our country, which plays an important role in national economic development and the employment arrangement. During the process of development in textile trade between European Union and China, the trade frictions occur unceasingly and upgrade gradually. This problem is not only related to the politics and economy of EU, but also close to the problems of China＇s textile industry itself. In this article, the author points out that faced with the textile trade frictions, the textile industry associations should exert their role actively in order to maintain the industry interest, and also establish and improve the monitoring and early warning system of textile trade friction to foreign countries. Textile enterprises should make good use of international trade rules to deal with the trade frictions positively, and strengthen the technological transformation and foster their independent brands to the promote the products＇ international competitiveness.
