技术联盟绩效研究中引入组织行为特征范式,已成为该领域具有前瞻性的热点方向。本文运用LISREL模型,实证研究了信任、承诺、交流沟通、冲突降低、保护主义、文化协同、共同愿景及合作等企业组织行为特征要素对技术联盟绩效的影响作用,并从提升技术联盟绩效的角度,对企业技术联盟管理的发展方向作了进一步的探讨。
Introducing the paradigm of organizational behavior attributes into the research of technological alliance performance has become a promising approach in this field. Employing the LISREL model, this paper had an empirical study on the technological alliance performance relevance of enterprises' organizational behavioral attributes, which ineluded trust, commitment, communication, conflict reduction, protectionism, culture synergy, shared vision and cooperation. Some suggestions about the future trends of technological alliance management were given, from the perspective of alliance performance enhancement.
