The justification of copyright limitation can be understood from perspectives of legal economy, interests balance, definite protection to copyright, the promotion of demecracy,seciology and the like. Such analyses are concerned with the value of justice and efficiency, the aim of public interests, the social nature of works creation and heritage, originality and public domain, etc. The construction of value and aim of legislation can be deeply understood through the analyzing the justification＇of copyringht limitation.
