本文提出技术许可引进导致企业创新能力成长的三环节路径假设,并采用87家中国企业2000-2003年的技术许可及相关数据进行计量分析.结果表明:企业技术许可引进使技术受让企业引入新的知识要素,形成多元化的知识结构,提升企业知识结构与市场需求结构的匹配性;许可技术推动技术许可企业和受让企业建立长期合作关系,为受让企业获得许可企业的知识溢出提供组织载体;基于技术许可引进的消化吸收再创新引致企业加大技术学习的研发投入.
It puts forward three learning mechanisms that the technology-in-licensing can stimulate the growth of firms'innovation capabilities. It conducts a measure analysis by using a sample of 87 Chinese firms with their patent licensing-in activities from 2000 to 2003. The results of the empirical study show that : 1 ) technology in-licensing can bringlicensee firms the new knowledge ingredients and thus result in optimizing firms' knowledge structure, and relatively increasing matching degree between knowledge structure and market demanding structure; 2) technology in-licensing establishes the long-term relationship between licensees and licensors, which could in turn act as an important channel for tacit knowledge flows to licensees; 3 ) technology in-licensing stimulates licensee firms' R&D efforts.
