英文摘要：
Dynamic capabilities is the key capability for system integration developer of complex products and systems （COPS）. It aims to build dimensions of dynamic capabilities for the innovation of complex products and systems. It made an exploratory case study on product innovation of Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co. , Ltd. , CNR Group, and the longitudinal single case study reveals that dynamic capabilities of complex products and systems consist of three dimensions and six sub-dimensions, including customer-oriented perception （ policy search and senior executive＇s social capital）, control capability of multiple organizations coordination （ integrated innovation management and self-organi- zing networks）, interactive learning capacity （technology acquisition and knowledge absorption）.
