综合各学科关于“情境”的文献研究,概括了管理研究领域“情境”的内涵与特征,通过对12篇高质量国内外案例研究论文的分析,探讨并分析了情境的双重属性(构念属性和环境属性)在案例研究中的表现形式和作用效果。最后结合案例研究范文,从“情境化范畴”与“情境化构念”2个侧面阐述了基于中国情境开展案例研究的可能途径,并尝试给出提高本土化案例研究质量的一些对策和建议。
Based on literatures about "context" from different disciplines, this paper summarizes the meaning and characteristics of the "context". It explores and analyzes the manifestations and effects of dual attributes of "context" in case study on basis of 12 high-quality domestic and international case studies, elaborates how to do case study in sight of Chinese context from tow sides, including "context areas" and "context constructs". Countermeasures and suggestions are given to improve the quality of case studies.
