在文献回顾的基础上,从适配视角出发,对第三方物流企业管理创新的适配路径进行研究。首先,为寻找到实现适配的路径,构建了以企业家为核心的“环境-战略-资源-绩效”(E-S—R—P)适配路径模型,并提出四种适配路径。其次,在对适配路径识别的基础上,通过对中远、宝供及辽宁A货运公司进行的多案例分析,研究并验证第三方物流企业获得适配的路径,阐释企业适配路径的选择机理。通过多案例研究和跨案例分析,结果表明:在企业家主导作用的驱动下,第三方物流企业实现管理创新的适配路径是不同的,这不仅取决于对企业外部环境的复杂性、动态性及敌对性的适应,也取决于组织内部在管理创新不同阶段具体资源配置及战略的情况。
Based on literature review, this paper studies third party logistics enterprise management innovation fit path from the fit angle, through multi-case study and cross case analysis. First, for seeking the way to get fit, the 'environment-strategy-resources-performance' fit path model was constructed which takes entrepreneur as the core, and four specific fit ways were obtained. Next, based on the empirical and theoretical analysis, fit path rec- ognition was studied and confirmed through multi-case's analysis of COSCO company, P.G. Logistics Group Co., Ltd and Liaoning a international freight Co., Ltd. and then interpret enterprise fit path's choice mechanism, Through the multi-case study, the results of cross case analysis indicates: under entrepreneur leading role, the fit innovation path is different, not only decided by fit of enterprise with external environment complexity, dynamic and hostility, but also decided by organization interior concrete resources allocation and strategic situation in man- agement innovation different period
