参考有关资料编制了《中学化学教师教学决策能力》调查问卷,并以贵州省和四川省156位中学化学教师为研究对象进行了问卷调查,发现中学化学教师教学决策能力存在一定的问题,并从不断更新教师教学观念,扩充教师自身知识能力,提高教师教学决策反思能力和提高教师教学决策合作意识等方面对中学化学教师教学决策能力的提高提出相应建议。
This paper compiled questionnaire for high school chemistry teachers' teaching de- cision-making ability, carried out the questionnaire with 156 high school chemistry teachers in Guizhou province and Sichuan province, and found that there were some problems in high school chemistry teachers' teaching decision-making ability. This study put forward corresponding sug- gestions for improving the teaching ability of high school chemistry teachers, such as renewing the teachers' teaching ideas constantly, expanding teachers' knowledge, improving the reflective ability of teachers' teaching decision and improving the cooperative consciousness of teachers' teaching decision-making.
