Abstract： ＂Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education （2011）＂ is the inheritance and development of the ＂Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Full Time Compulsory Education （experimental draft）＂. It has revised in regulations and structures, prefaces and concepts, curricular goals, content standard, practical suggestions and so forth. It gives prominence to the training of innovative consciousness, which puts forward objectives, like ＂four basics, four capabilities＂ and so forth and ten core words. It pays attention to immediate experience and independent inquiry, and also focuses on the effects of mediate experience and teaching, while follows closely to the integration of visual and abstract, deduction and induction. But there are still some obstacles to the practice of ＂curriculum standard （2011）＂, like evaluation, hardware and teachers＇ concept.
