新疆拥有丰富的草地资源，广袤草原之中穿插分布着大量的灌溉绿洲，有得天独厚的农牧结合条件。本文在农牧结合草原畜牧业发展模式的内涵界定基础上，结合新疆草原畜牧业和种植业发展实际，论证了可供选择的农牧结合方式，并对农牧结合型草原畜牧业集约化经营进行了设计，最后，提出了相应的支持条件与保障措施。本文对新疆草原畜牧业发展的体制机制创新和草原资源可持续利用，具有一定的决策参考价值。

Being rich in grassland resources in Xinjiang, having a vast prairie interspersed and distributed among a large number of irrigation oasis, therefore it has an advantage on agriculture and animal husbandry combined conditions. On the basis of the connotation of the definition on the grassland animal husbandry development mode of the agriculture and animal husbandry combination, according to the development of grassland animal husbandry and planting industry in Xinjiang, the article demonstrates the choice of agriculture and animal husbandry combination type, and de signs its intensive management, and finally, puts forward the corresponding support condition and guarantee measures. In addition, the article has a certain decision reference value on the system mechanism innovation of grassland animal husbandry development in Xinjiang and on the sustain able utilization of grassland resources.
