应用蜡层指示剂法对内蒙古荒漠草原绵羊采食物种的含量和比例进行计算时,需要确定采食物种饱和链烷、长链醇和长链脂肪酸划分采食物种的准确性和可能性。因此通过气相色谱法,测定了采食物种的饱和链烷、长链醇和长链脂肪酸的含量;利用主成分分析和方差分析方法对内蒙古荒漠草原不同放牧率下如何更好划分采食植物的最佳蜡层指示剂组合进行了探讨。结果表明:蜡层指示剂方法可应用于内蒙古荒漠草原采食植物的划分,其中饱和链烷+长链醇的指示剂组合最适用于内蒙古荒漠草原采食植物的划分,并为内蒙古荒漠草原的采食量和采食比例的估测提供了计算模式和理论依据。
In order to measure the ratio and content of dietary plant species of sheep in Inner Mongolia desert steppes,different combinations of alkanes,long-chain alcohols and long-chain fatty acids were evaluated by gas chromatography for distinguishing species.Different combinations of alkanes,long-chain alcoholsand long-chain fatty acids were assessed by principal component analysis(PCA) and one-way ANOVA analysis.Results showed that plant wax compositions could be used as markers of distinguishing dietary plant species in desert steppes of Inner Mongolia.The combination of plant wax alkanes and long-chain alcohols was the best for estimating sheep intake and dietary composition.These results provided a pattern and method for assessing sheep intake and dietary composition in desert steppe.
