药草复方制剂对奶山羊体增重和免疫指标的影响

中文摘要:

为了研究不同药草复方对奶山羊生长性能及血清生化指标的影响,试验选用体况良好、体重相近(24.09±1.25)kg的4月龄崂山奶山羊公羊16只,随机分为4组,即对照组和3个试验组,每组4个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组在日粮中分别添加1.2%的复方紫锥菊提取物(试验Ⅰ组)、四君子散(试验Ⅱ组)、强壮散(试验Ⅲ组)。结果:(1)就平均日增重和料重比两项综合来看,试验I组的效果更为明显;(2)各中药复方均可提高奶山羊血清中免疫球蛋白G的含量,且复方紫锥菊提取物还可提高血清中免疫球蛋白A的含量。结果表明,自制各药草复方不仅可提高羊只的体增重,而且还可提高其免疫力,效果以复方紫锥菊提取物制剂为最好。

英文摘要:

Effects of different herbal compound on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters of dairy goat were studied. 16 four-month-old Laoshan dairy goats rams that in good health and weighted (24.09+ 1.25 )kg were chosen and divided in- to 4 groups randomly one control group and three test groups, with 4 dairy goats in every group. The dairy goats in group one were fed a basal diet, and the dairy goats in test group I, II and III were fed the basal diets plus 1.2% compound Echinacea extract, four gentlemen powder and strong powder, respectively. The result showed that : ( I ) the ADG and F/G of test group I were significantly higher than those of the other groups ; (2) compared with control group, every herbal compound could improve the content of immu- noglobulin G in dairy goat serum, and compound Echinacea extract could also increase the content of immunoglobulin A in dairy goat serum. To sum up, each herbal compound could not only can improve the laoshan dairy goat lamb growth performance, but al- so improve the resistance. Echinacea extract compound preparation showed the best effect.
