采用热重技术对影响CeO2/γ-Al2O3硫化反应的因素进行了研究。试验表明,随着温度升高和SO2浓度增加,CeO2转化率会上升,但是温度对转化率的影响不是十分明显。烟气中的O2参与了硫化反应。水蒸汽对CeO2与SO2反应的影响很小。在不考虑γ-Al2O3载体与SO2反应的条件下,负载CeO2的硫化反应是可再生的。对不同温度和不同SO2浓度的试验结果进行拟舍得到了反应的本征动力学方程。
The influencing factors on sulfated reaction ofCeO2/γ-Al2O3 were researched using the thermogravimetry technology. The experimental results showed that CeO2 conversion rate increased with the increase of temperature and SO2 concentration, but the influence of temperature to the conversion rate was not extremely obvious. O2 in the flue gas participated in the sulfated reaction. Water vapor had a small effect on the reaction between CeO2 and SO2. The sulfated reaction of CeO2/γ - Al2O3 could be regenerated without considering the reaction of γ- Al2O3 carrier and SO2. The intrinsic dynamic reaction equation was obtained through analysis and statistic of experimental results at different temperatures and different SO2 concentrations.
