Toll-like receptors (TLR) are a class of pattern recognition receptors discovered in recent years. New research shows that TLR and its signaling pathways involved in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), even promote the occurrence of pulmonary vascular remodeling and pulmonary hypertension. By describing the relationship between. the TLR signaling pathway with COPD and pulmonary hypertension, can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of COPD and pulmonary hypertension. In this paper, summary the relationship between the TLR signaling pathway and COPD secondary pulmonary hypertension.
