目的 了解妇幼保健机构患者安全文化现状,建立评估基线,为寻找薄弱环节,制定改善方案提供依据.方法 使用美国医疗服务质量和研究组织通行的患者安全问卷调查法,计算正性回答率,获得患者安全文化基线.结果 与美国同类医院比较,差错的反馈和交流、医院内交接和转运等维度正性回答率较高;不良事件上报频率、人员配备、管理层支持、患者安全整体评估等维度较低,且差异有统计学意义,其中不良事件上报频率的差异最大.结论 患者安全调查法是评估医院患者安全文化的有效工具之一.探索建立不良事件上报系统,可改进医院患者安全文化,进而确保患者安全.
Objective Assess the culture of patient safety in women healthcare hospital and attempt to plan to improve quality of care.Method Used HSOPSC to measure patient safety culture.The result was compared with hospitals in AHRQ and got the distance.Result Compared with AHRQ,the item Feedback & communication about error,Hospital handoffs & transitions was better; while Frequency of events reported,Staffing,Supervisor expectations & actions promoting safety,Overall perceptions of safety was worse,in which Frequency of events reported was worst.Conclusion HSOPSC is a useful tool in measuring patient safety culture in special hospital.Exploring a way to improve patient safety culture by adverse event report system.
