社区教育自1993年以来的发展,已由自发的、经验的向自觉的、模式化、制度化转化。社区学习是社区教育的一个方面。通过访谈和文献阅读等方法,调查了社区学习效果不理想的主要原因,从而提出将网络学习、面授学习和实践操作三个环节相互结合形成一种三位一体的立体化教学模式。在该模式中实现社区居民学习资源的自建和循环,促进有效学习,最终实现社区数字化学习。
Since 1993, community education have changed from spontaneous, experience to conscious, models and systematic.. Community learning is one part of community education. We investigated the main reason for poor results of community learning, through methods such as interviews and reading the literature. This paper introduces a new Mode of teaching and learning which Combine three parts (Network learning, face to face learning, practical operation) together. The new model can realize the Self-built and Recycling of Community members’ Learning Resources, Promote effective learning, and Realize Community Digital Learning at last.
