英文摘要：
The 18th Party Congress report puts forwards the new concept of ＂Beautiful China＂, and the beautiful countryside is an important component of Beautiful China. To construct beautiful villages in the western minority areas plays a significant role in promoting eco-civilization construction, in developing social economy in the western national region and in realizing the great rejuvenation of ＂Chinese Dream＂ . A good job in constructing the beautiful village not only needs scientific planning, adjusting measures to differing conditions so as to greatly increase the local characteristics while keeping the rural ecological environment as well as traditional cuhure heritage under effective protection, but also requires rapid development of village green industry and cultural creativity industry. Accordingly, ecological evaluation should be strengthened and ecological security mechanism should be established.
