This paper analyzes the significance of higher vocational college students＇ legalization management. It also presents the paths of legalization management from aspect of strengthening awareness of law, setting up ideas of governing college by law, establis-hing a sound high vocational college management laws and regulations and building due process and right relief mechanism.
