糖皮质激素因其抗炎、抗毒和抗休克等作用而普遍应用于各种呼吸系统疾病,但受不良反应等因素影响,糖皮质激素的应用仍存在疗效性和安全性等争议。本文以《糖皮质激素类药物临床应用指导原则》为基础,综述糖皮质激素在支气管哮喘（儿童）、特发性间质性肺炎、变态反应性支气管肺曲霉病、结节病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、变应性鼻炎和嗜酸性粒细胞性支气管炎等呼吸系统疾病中应用的相关循证医学研究进展,以期为临床合理应用糖皮质激素提供新的建议和参考。
英文摘要：
Glucocorticoids are widely used in the treatment of respiratory diseases since their antiinflammatory,anti-allergic and anti-shock effects,but the efficacy and safety are still controversial on account of the adverse reaction and other factors.Based on the guidelines for the clinical application of glucocorticoids developed by the Ministry of Health in 2011,this paper collectes the advances in evidence-based medical research of glucocorticoids on bronchial asthma（ children）,idiopathic interstitial pneumonia,allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillesis,sarcoidosis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and eosinophilic bronchitis,in the hope of providing new advice and guidance for regulating reasonable clinical application of glucocorticoids in respiratory diseases.
