Based on the definition of the connotation and characteristics of aviation economy, this paper analyzes the development mode of foreign aviation economies and the current development of Zhengzhou aviation economy and its existing problems. Then it gives the countermeasures and paths as follows ： to perfect modem comprehensive transportation system ; to speed up the development of aviation logistics information platform; to accelerate the construction of efficient aviation service system; to actively promote the development of aviation industry chain; to speed up the business tourism and modem service industry, to construct the high efficiency agriculture and to support the implementation of high - end talent introduction, etc.
